Kain is an experienced PMP certified Project Manager with over 10 years experience in corporate the real estate and construction industry. 

Kain is vastly experienced in project delivery and previously worked on West Kowloon Cultural District development, a 21.6bn HKD$ / 2.23bn£ MEGA project consisting of an Opera House, Museum, Theatre, and state of the art Education Facilities. 

 Kain has a Master of Arts (MA) in Quantitative Analysis for Business and is the Team Project Administrator for Candid Selection. Kain is our Project Lead in ensuring our strategy and best practise values are adhered too and works closely with our company Directors, as well as our client’s internal HR teams. Kain is an integral member of our team providing support and assistance to our clients and candidates.

Kain has a solid network of candidates from the Hong Kong market in the commercial sector including Quantity Surveyors, Cost Managers and Commercial Managers.
